This concept and system advertised the judges to join the politics and motivate them to their future benefit plan.
In democracy the whole system is of the people, by the people, for the people in this system of governance we all know that no one is Superior, than Constitution.
It’s their personal choice and every person in the state has right to choice, freedom of speech and expression of their thought and knowledge.
But when we analysis the list of judgment pursued by the judges in favour only favoured party or government.
Which later reward him with some of the top hierarchy position to any Administrative or Tribunal to them. It seem to that the judgment may fragrance as the biased.
Separation of Power in India
As India follows separation of power mechanism as the legislative, executive and Judiciary are independent constitutional bodies.
All these three have legal Obligation to govern and no one will be deprived or debarred of legal rights.
As we aware that legislature make the law executive implement the law made by legislative and Judiciary review the law means check the constitutional validity.
Instead of huge Independent Power of Judges why politics?
Judiciary entertain may by suo moto or by the application against the law which is violative of constitutional provision and against the people rights, may declare it unconstitutional.
This illustrate that the Judiciary have strong Constitutional power holding to protect the legal rights and Constitution of the State.
But also the Judges are crazy to join the politics, recently this become trend that the judges are joining the politics by resignation from their post to join the politics or after retirement from their post.
Politics and Judiciary both have brand status into the society, and made as most reputed hierarchy into conscious brain to every persons of the country, since the history of the civilization take place.
In this race of branding politics has expanded and reached to ground root of every country people. The politician instead of doing welfare work toward benefits of countries people for which they had chosen.
They became Neta and their main focus instead of doing welfare work they collect and maintain their bank balance for future means black corruption.
The politician hold legislative power to make laws, and also recruits the jobs, this may motivated judges to join politics. As their is age limit in judiciary 65 after this age everyone has to leave their jobs.
To secure their jobs after their retirement or discharge of Jobs as age completed. They join the politics because it has no any age boundation or retirement process.
When we interpret the joining of the judges to the politics trend then we may conclude that the judgement given by these judges in favour of the government or parties to whom they are going to join in future are against concept of natural justice.
How the Judges into politics affect the Justice?
This trend of the joining judges to the political party build doubts to the conscious brain of the people about the judgment which pursued by them.
This is very harsh and bad trends, reason as the trust on justice system is a decreasing because the judges may do biasness while pursuing the judgement if the party will be their future scope.
When we go through recent activities of Judges of kolkata high court judge who have joined the politics and political party after the resignation of their post.
Though it is their freedom, liberty and right to follow their opinion according to their conscious brain as everyone of the nation have freedom , rights provided by our Constitution.
But when we look the Judiciary as it is independent Constitutional body and have their own hierarchy, in which the trust of the whole state exist and a hope create that the justice come.
These all trust conscious of the common people toward judiciary decrease, the fairness judgment pursued by this type of Judges. Which demotivate them of the trust on judiciary.
Judges who got jobs after retirement from Government
There are classic example beginning with Justice Sathasivam , Chief Justice Ranjan gogoi, Justice Naseer , Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay, Justice Arun Mishra etc . all these Judges given judgment after judgment in favour of government and had been rewarded.
This list of que of Judges joining politics ,clearly giving message that the Judges should be in straight road and pursued judgment as the government want for this they will be awarded.
When we try to remember that what late Arun Jaitley said in the Parliament session about this trend of Jobs to Judges by Government. He said that
The desire of Post retirement jobs influence the pre- retirement judgment.

Though it is a matter enjoyment of freedom of experience and rights to live according to their wish and suitability. But therefore the Justice hampered and judgment not will be such as it has to come.
As Justice may not be given when, hand to hand transfer of interest between Judges and favoured party.
There may be several thought and understanding may developed into the conscious of the people as :
- The supremacy’s of the values and trust of the persons retires.
- The structure of Democracy demolished.
- The Justice system fist into politically powered connection.
This clearly conclude that, the Judges may not to join any political parties or in contact of political parties at trial stage of the case Nor after the judgment.
